: Uploads/bulk update

There are several ways to upload data into the esd-toolkit.
 

You can directly modify information using the various tree views online (however this would be a slow process if there are significant alterations or updates to be done).  The alternate way is to download the data using the various down options from the drop down menu titles [local authority] data (the name of your local authority would replace the text in the square brackets).
 

Once this data has been downloaded you can alter the information in bulk and then finally upload in bulk.  This option is far easier but you must ensure to keep a back-up copy of the original data that you downloaded just in case there are any technical issues when bulk uploading.  This is to ensure that you can restore to the state before the upload was attempted.
