Under costs and efficiencies you are able to record unit costs against service, interaction and channel combinations. These are then combined with the number of transactions carried out to produce reports on the costs incurred by delivering services over a specific time period.
Unit costs can be assigned for a time period (typically a financial year) so that transaction reports covering long periods can take account of changes in unit costs.
The Service Transaction Costs Reports shows the cost incurred per transaction over a specific time period. You can run this report for just one service, interaction, channel combination or even a wider criteria should you wish.
